While undertaking the construction of a home where the purchaser is involved in every selection from home design to cabinet knobs can be extremely stressful and intimidating, you and the Fretwell team provided ongoing support by working through every detail and selection with us, offering great suggestions and assuring that we were happy with each decision we needed to make.
Add to the mix that we were out-of-state purchasers. The Fretwell team accommodated our schedule for selections and your input was invaluable in accomplishing these tasks. We can truly say it was an enjoyable and exciting process. Your vendors were very knowledgeable and professional, guiding us in each of our selections and respecting our budget as well. The installation of each of our selections was completed to Fretwell’s high standards. We had very few post-move in issues, but each was handled to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.
You and your team kept us informed throughout the construction progress by phone and email through weekly (sometimes daily) communication, providing pictures and summaries of tasks completed.
The quality and workmanship of a Fretwell home was evident from our first visit to your model. We can unequivocally say that our home was completed with that same standard of quality and workmanship and we would recommend Fretwell Homes without reservation to anyone considering a home construction or renovation project.
